Maria Isn't Answering My Calls

If your callers can't reach Maria, follow these steps:

1. Check Call Forwarding Setup The most common issue is that call forwarding isn't configured. Go to Settings and verify your business phone number is set up to forward incoming calls to Maria. If you haven't done this yet, see our guide on setting up call forwarding.

2. Verify Your Account is Active Check that your account is paid up and not suspended. Look at your billing status in the Settings tab. If you see any warnings, update your payment information immediately.

3. Check for Service Outages Visit calltide.app/status to see if there's a known outage. During outages, Maria automatically switches to voicemail mode so callers can still leave messages.

4. Test with a Different Phone Try calling your business number from a different phone. This helps identify if the issue is with your specific phone or with Maria's service.

5. Still Not Working? Contact our support team. Have your account email and business name ready.
