How to Check for Outages

If you're experiencing issues with Calltide, a service outage might be the cause.

Check the Status Page Visit calltide.app/status for real-time information about the Calltide service. The status page shows:

  • Voice Service — Maria answering calls
  • SMS — Message delivery
  • Dashboard — Account management
  • API — Integrations

What Happens During an Outage If there's an outage affecting Maria's voice service, she automatically switches to voicemail mode. Callers can still leave messages, and you'll still get notifications.

Subscribe for Updates On the status page, you can subscribe to status notifications. When issues occur, you'll get email alerts automatically.

Still Having Issues? If the status page shows everything is normal but you're still having problems, contact our support team.
