Callers Hear the Wrong Greeting

Your greeting is what callers hear first when Maria picks up. It's quick to fix.

Update Your Greeting Log into your dashboard and go to Settings → AI Greeting. Edit the greeting text to match your business. Be clear and friendly—something like "Hi, thanks for calling Smith's Plumbing. How can I help you today?"

Save and Test Click Save when you're done. The new greeting takes effect immediately. Test it by calling your business number from your phone. You should hear the updated message.

Tips for a Great Greeting

• Keep it under 20 seconds
• Say your business name clearly
• Let callers know how to reach you (callback, voicemail, etc.)
• Test after any changes
