Not Receiving Messages or Notifications

If you're not seeing call notifications or messages from Maria:

1. Verify Your Phone Number Go to Settings and confirm the phone number where you want to receive notifications is correct. If it's wrong, update it.

2. Check Your Email Spam Folder Calltide notifications come to your email. Check your spam folder—sometimes legitimate emails end up there. Add support@calltide.app to your contacts to ensure messages get through.

3. Review Team Notification Settings Go to Settings → Team and check your notification preferences. Make sure notifications are enabled for your user.

4. Verify SMS Opt-In For SMS notifications, you may need to confirm you've opted in. Check your Settings to enable SMS notifications.

5. Check Do Not Disturb If your phone has Do Not Disturb on, you might not hear notification sounds. Check your phone's settings.
