Dashboard Not Loading or Showing Errors

Browser issues are the most common cause.

1. Clear Your Browser Cache Cached data can cause the dashboard to load incorrectly. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again. Most browsers have this under Settings → Privacy.

2. Try Incognito or Private Mode Open an incognito (Chrome) or private (Safari/Firefox) window and log back into your dashboard. This uses a fresh browser session without cached data.

3. Switch to a Different Browser Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) to see if the problem is browser-specific.

4. Check Your Internet Connection Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try disconnecting and reconnecting to WiFi, or switch to a different network.

5. Contact Support If the dashboard still won't load, email support@calltide.app with a screenshot of the error. Our team can help investigate.
