Viewing Messages Maria Took

When Maria takes a message, you're notified immediately with:

  • SMS text with quick summary
  • Email with full details

Find Messages in Your Dashboard

Go to the Messages section to see:

  • Date and time the message was taken
  • Caller's name and phone number
  • What they needed
  • Urgency level (low, medium, high)
  • Audio recording of what they said

What to Do with Messages

  • Mark as read — Track which ones you've reviewed
  • Follow up — Call them back directly from the message
  • Add to CRM — Send details to your system for tracking
  • Review for patterns — If Maria keeps getting the same question, add it to your profile
