  • AI summary — Short summary of what happened
  • Sentiment — Whether the customer was happy, neutral, or upset
  • Lead score — Likelihood they'll become a customer (1-10)

Filter and Search Your Calls

  • Filter by date range
  • Search by phone number
  • Filter by sentiment
  • Sort by lead score to prioritize follow-ups
