Every month, Maria gives you a complete summary of all the work she's done for your business. You'll find your report in the Reports section of your dashboard.

What's in Your Report

  • Total Calls Handled — How many calls Maria answered for you
  • Appointments Booked — How many customers scheduled services with you
  • Calls by Time of Day — Which hours get the most calls (peak times)
  • Calls by Day of Week — Which days are busiest
  • Top Services Requested — What services customers ask about most
  • Customer Satisfaction Scores — How happy your callers were
  • Missed Call Recovery Rate — How many customers we followed up with after missing a call

How to Use This Data

Spot Your Busy Times Look at the "Calls by Time of Day" and "Calls by Day of Week" sections. If you see a pattern (like Tuesday mornings are always busy), you can staff up or adjust your schedule.

See Which Services Get Traction The "Top Services Requested" tells you what customers are calling about. This helps you know where to focus your marketing or inventory.

Track Month-Over-Month Growth Save your reports and compare them. Are you getting more calls each month? More appointments? That's a sign Maria is working for you.

Check Customer Satisfaction High satisfaction scores mean customers are happy with Maria's responses. Low scores? It might be time to update your business information or FAQs.
