How to Improve Maria's Responses

1. Update Your Business Profile

Go to Settings and make sure your business profile is complete and accurate:

  • Services — List every service you offer with clear descriptions
  • Pricing — Include service prices. If pricing varies, explain what affects the cost
  • Hours — Set your business hours so Maria knows when to book appointments
  • FAQs — Add answers to the questions you get asked most often. This is gold for Maria
  • Service area — Tell Maria what areas you serve
  • Warranties or guarantees — Include any promises you make to customers

2. Review Call Transcripts for Gaps

Spend 15 minutes a week reviewing call transcripts where Maria struggled or transferred the call. Look for patterns:

  • Did callers ask about something Maria didn't know?
  • Was there a topic that came up multiple times?
  • What questions should Maria have been able to answer?

Once you identify gaps, add that information to your business profile or FAQs.

3. Customize Your AI Greeting

Your greeting sets the tone. A good greeting tells callers what to expect and how Maria can help:
