Your data is secure with Calltide. Your business data, customer information, and call recordings are protected with industry-standard security practices.

How We Protect Your Data

Encryption in Transit All data traveling between your devices and Calltide's servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).

Encryption at Rest Your data stored on our servers is encrypted. Even if someone accessed our servers physically, they couldn't read your data without the encryption keys.

No Passwords Calltide uses magic link login instead of passwords. You receive a secure link via email, click it, and you're logged in.

Role-Based Access If you add team members to your Calltide account, you control what they can see.

Data Retention

We don't keep your data longer than necessary:

  • Call Recordings — Kept for 12 months, then deleted
  • Call Metadata — Kept for 24 months, then deleted
  • Consent Records — Kept for 7 years (required by law)

Your Rights: Export or Delete Your Data

Your data belongs to you. You have the right to:

Export Your Data At any time, you can export all your data (call logs, recordings, business profile, etc.) in a standard format.

Delete Your Data You can request deletion of your data. Calltide will delete your account and all associated information within 30 days.

Both options are available in your Settings dashboard.
