Log into your dashboard and go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Click cancel and confirm your request.
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to Calltide until that date.

After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days. During this time, you can export your customer information, call history, and appointment records. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
