  • She detects an emergency
  • The topic is outside her training

How transfers work:

  1. You get an instant SMS alert with call details
  2. The caller is put on brief hold or stays in conversation
  3. If you don't answer within a short time, Maria takes a message
  4. You can follow up on your schedule

Emergency transfers:

  • You receive a high-priority SMS marked urgent
  • The call transfers immediately
  • Act fast — these callers need help right away

Check Transfer History

In the Calls section, see which calls were transferred and why. This helps you understand where Maria might need more information added to your profile.

Improve Maria's Responses

Maria gets smarter when you help her. Go through these steps regularly:

  1. Update your business profile — Add services, pricing, FAQs, hours, service area
  2. Review call transcripts — Check where Maria struggled or transferred calls
  3. Customize your greeting — Keep it fresh and informative
